Longevity this, longevity that. Once something becomes industrialized asceticism is sure to follow, it's only right. One thing we know for sure about longevity is that people in the Blue Zones has some wisdoms that should be taken seriously. This bean soup is inspired by an Ikarian stew eaten by a well know family of centenarians! It's packed full of gentle foods, fibre and goodness that will keep you on the slow road to lasting health. It takes 100 years to become a centenarian after all. We're uploading this on the 1st of October which is a very fitting time in Ireland for a soup recipe, it's a hug in a bowl and we highly recommend a bowl with a slice of good bread!
