Pops went shopping and brought home cow feet, beef, yam and breadfruit—and we decided to make a big pot of Beef, Barley & Cow Foot Soup! 🇯🇲🥣❤️ It’s been so long since we’ve had this soup, and every spoonful reminded me of my mother’s cooking.

This pot was packed with goodies: beef, cow foot, beef neck bones, barley, pumpkin, yam, potatoes, corn, carrots, breadfruit, turnips and spinners (dumplings). Natural herbs and Scotch bonnet pepper gave it that wonderful flavour we love!
