Allahumma aa'fi-nee fee sam'ee;
Allahumma aa'fi-nee fee basa'ree;
Laa-ilaaha illa ant;
Allahumma innee a'udhu-bika minal-kufri wal-faqr;

O Allah, grant my body health, O Allah, grant my hearing health, O Allah, grant my sight health. None has the right to be worshipped except You.
