The 12 Luxuries:
1. Daily Exercise: Combat a sedentary lifestyle to boost health and longevity (0:30).

3. Whole Foods: Treat food as fuel to avoid the long-term physical and financial costs of poor nutrition (2:37).
4. In-person Socializing: Prioritize real-world connections over digital interactions (3:37).
5. Sleep Hygiene: Create a calming wind-down routine to maximize sleep quality (4:46).
6. Time in Nature: Use outdoor time to lower blood pressure and stress (5:48).

8. Self-Love: Apply "love languages" to yourself, such as acts of service by preparing for your future self (7:27).
9. Conviction: Live by your own values instead of chasing status symbols or consumer trends (8:29).
10. Meditation: Embrace the luxury of doing nothing to find inner clarity (10:28).
11. JOMO (Joy of Missing Out): Find satisfaction in disconnecting from social media and celebrity updates (11:17).
12. Creative Mastery: Pursue hobbies or skills for personal fulfillment rather than just for money or validation (12:27).

I think everything needs to be termed differently like
Smell Expensive—> Smell Sophisticated,
Look Rich—> Look Classy, etc.
People are assuming that old money is just generational wealth when actually it is about the way we carry ourselves.

Hubby and I married late, in our early 30s. We have 2 children and lived frugally but still didn't scrimp on enjoying life with our children. As we got more financially well off, we still didn't splurge on luxury and instead made better financial choices. Now in our 60s, since we also made healthier lifestyle choices early on, we are loving our true life of luxury, which is being healthy and well financially prepared for retirement  and our future comfortable life together. 💖

Loved the reminder that having an empty calendar can actually feel luxurious. Sometimes doing less is exactly what we need. Def taking that one with me.

this made me realize that i'm already living it, nice!

When I retired, I just want to live a life with no fear. I fear too many things (thanks anxiety), so I just want to find the peace, the time and control that I lost. Oh and maybe therapy 😅

For the first time in a while... I found an influencer who doesn't freaking feed me with apps to fix my life. thank you Amy. I really appreciate this

I love to see haul videos sometimes...when i feel bad i just see them coz it makes me feel light and relaxed as i don't own any of them neither i have collection of anything n its soo relaxing bcoz it makes me free from the maintenance of them as well...

Love this video❤️ makes me view living rich as something more attainable and yes happier life

being fit also means you look better and being better looking gets you more opportunities and people are actually nicer to people who look good than ugly people(this is pure science)

Well said 👏

Yes, I live with inner peace. And feel abundant daily🎉❤

Thank you for creating this video. The tips are very simple but very effective. Thanks again!

Well said, I like the way you present yourself and how down to earth you are. I'll definitely be trying these! I need to learn to give myself permission to take care of myself.

I love the Chinese decoration and panda! lovely Chinese elements to your place

I love this!! thank you for all the great suggestions. I started making a lot more money recently and I realized that it never feels like enough. the luxury stuff only brings satisfaction temporarily but taking care of my health and fitness and feeling great every day is priceless

Thank you for this!! ❤
