This home is beautiful. What we did when I hurt my back years ago is we built a wooden platform under our front opening dryer. I've had it like that for 30 years. It's been fantastic. I was in my early 30s. Had a sore back having little ones. And a friend built the wooden platform for my dryer. Amazing. We have a top loading Speed, Queen and then a front opening dryer.

Looks like a city hall building

Prince: little red corvette 🥰 The good thing is this is only a showroom. In my house I never would do the pet station into the laundry room. Dogs don't like the smell of washer and dryer. They love the smell of the shoes in the mud room.

This is the BEST I’ve seen.

Very beautiful home indeed. Just enough space with beautiful views looking over the water.

I love this! One-level living with a beautiful Corvette in the garage. That’s what I’m talking about! 😂❤

I LOVE working pantries. When I hit that powerball I'm getting one😂😂😂

Seriously, the home is absolutely STUNNING! However, if I have a home that big I don't want neighbors that close. Different strokes for different foljss. The grounds are beautiful.😊

Front Exterior is not amazing, but the inside is a WoW!!!❤🎉
The back patio and view 🎊
Love it!, love the neutral/natural colors!

Very nice. Needs an outdoor built-in fireplace.

This home's backyard gives a whole new meaning to "your own little private Idaho", However, a home this size, as one viewer stated, should have some room between neighbors. Then there'll be room for fruit trees, a vegetable garden on one side of the yard and a dog run / house on the other side of the yard. A wider pantry would be nice. Swap the microwave for a steam oven instead for those who don't use microwaves. And yes, a bigger office space please. Also, instead of a Jack & Jill bathroom, put a wall in the middle and each will have a toilet and tub/shower. Oh almost forgot, remove the carpets and have all wooden floors instead. It's easier to clean. The mix of the stucco with brick work outside and the brick work and wood inside is very appealing and welcoming.

I really like the flow and layout of this. However, the proximity of the neighbors for a home this nice is a complete turnoff for me. That is only I few feet from being a zero lot line/condo.

Is that a Jackalope in the office? I guess they have them in that part of the country.😂
This truly is a beautiful home.

I started not to look at this house because the outside is strange to me and looked kinda like a business.
But I did watch and I am floored. This house speaks to me, it's gorgeous, warm and inviting, the inside doors and trimming are exquisite, the furnishings and the outside area is like Heaven to me, and the garage oh my goodness.... I love this home and would consider moving from SC to Utah to live in it. ❤

This is definitely one of my favorite homes you’ve reviewed. I just wish the home office was a bit larger.

3rd time watching!
I love the decor in that home.
Someone is very blessed to be able to live there and in that home.
I know they'll be happy.

We all know the black and white checkered tile in the first bathroom is Tims favorite(sarcasm). I must say it does NOT belong in that bathroom lol noo thank you.
The great room/living room is beautiful! I like all the exposed wood on the ceiling and the stones leading up to it. And that kitchen is super nice as well.
Edit: The elevated washer/dryer is a nice touch, but boy, what a pain to install lol

I like the storage options, the built-in dressers in each bathroom. The overall flow and layout is nice too.

Love the video. Love it when you keep us posted about the fam so entertaining. The only thing I found distracting about the flow is the primary bedroom entrance...it wasn't grand.
