Property Description:
"Introducing the newest development from the Bespoke Houses collection, an architectural masterpiece five years in the making, inspired by the surrounding landscape and committed to complete harmony with nature. Rooted on a promontory in the renowned celebrity enclave of Beverly Hills' Mulholland corridor, this private, gated, organic modern estate overlooks breathtaking views and maximizes the connection between the inside and out, allowing for direct access to the exterior from every room in the home. Complimenting modernist architecture, materials err on the side of organic yet richly layered warm textures and center on a three-story open-air atrium adorned with floor-to-ceiling glass, radiating natural light throughout. The home presently shows off a massive entry graced with water features and wood clad symmetrical facade with a pair of stone-clad walls which also organizes the interior spaces. Interiors are distinguished by an unpretentious design sensibility and serene evocations of space, with walnut hardwood floors, travertine surfaces, pocketing doors, and long strident lines. The layout is hyper-calibrated to a dream lifestyle with luxe amenities, boasting 5 en-suite bedrooms each with private terraces, 8 baths, expansive indoor-outdoor seamless connections, a spectacular infinity pool and spa cascading over the explosive panoramic city and mountain views, fire pit, sky bridge connecting the two main level massive outdoor decks floating over the lush atrium/live garden wall waterfall. The entertainment level features a media room, swanky bar and lounge, gym/steam, office, and an additional 1, 300 sq ft car gallery. This unparalleled luxurious oasis has a distinct flair and is truly one-of-a-kind. Using nature at its best to provide a man-made structure with a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere, the home provides the perfect dwelling in tune with the environment."

I missed this type of house on the tours. It's not too pretentious, I like the warm tones/details, makes it look cozy. The views are really nice an I like how from the lower level the views are basically framed. My favorite part was that Atrium, simply gorgeous. The listing agent is actually nice and I liked the way she talked about the house. Bring more tours like this one, specially the "cheaper" houses, I really miss those good old days!

Incredible house. A lot of these big homes in the Greater LA area seem to be lifeless and boring. This one is not, and I love it. The warmth of the sunlight, as well as the natural finishes such as the woodwork, make this house cozy. The master bath is huge! The only thing that surprised me about this house was that they did not install the elevator. For $17.5 Million, I would expect that to have been done in the initial build. Enes and Mikey, you both did an outstanding job on this one! The builder/realtor must be elated with the excellent video you two have created 👍

If I own this house, I would make that office a bed room, where I can go to relax sometimes. just love it.

Wow, finally a house that actually can be a home. Simple clean design, modern yet cozy. You can feel it’s warmth, not pretentious and doesn’t feel like a party house or hotel. The atrium is similar to traditional Japanese gardens on it’s center featured as the main focal point. Truly relaxing. If it was a bit wider, it would have been perfect.

You know you've watched too many Beverly Hills mansion tours if you think $17.5 million is actually not that expensive at all. Ironically compared to some others, and judging by what you get and where you get it, it really isn't that bad though :p

EDIT: 5:13 lol Mikey really trying to not show himself in the mirror but the design making it impossible.

This home is still on the market for $16,495,000.
I'm guessing it will probably sell for $13 or $14 million.
The home is on the far outskirts of Beverly Hills, right on Mulholland Drive -- it's closer to Studio City and Sherman Oaks.

The master bedroom is a masterpiece in my opinion. It has everything I would love to have in my bedroom. Bed positioned in the center of the wall with great wall designs behind, a well placed and spaced balcony that allows sunlight in and TWO beautifully made walk-in closet. My God, this is pure satisfaction to watch.
