Today we sat down to chat with our guest Elizabeth, who opened her heart and memories to share the raw and surprising stories of her life and family.
Through her recollections, Elizabeth recounts how her mother was given in marriage at the age of 12 to a 66-year-old man, and how at 14 she became pregnant without even understanding what was happening to her body.
With the wisdom that comes with age, Elizabeth reflects on love and marriage, and leaves us with powerful advice for new generations: the importance of demanding more, settling down, and seeking your own well-being before saying "I do."
