Is a thing of joy seeing these  happenings in our time. To me, is not a surprise, because l hopefully believed that Nigeria will come to her greatness before the end of this era of things. Remember, Nigeria is Africa and Africa is Nigeria. More to be seen of good about Africa-Nigeria. With proper development  as it's taking root now in especially-lagos, insecurity will die a natural death, because there will be no ungoverned area and people will be responsible based on the type of life they now found themselves in.

You're gonna need 24 hours of electricity before you can compete with anybody. Compete with yourself before trying to compete with NY or London. That mentality is why you believe you can charge NY and London prices when it doesn't make sense

Great documentary, but please do not block the Cowrie Creek shoreline with high rise buildings. Move them further inland. The views would still be spectacular. Please do not forget Lagos Island. It really a most beautiful part of Lagos. We also need to rebuild a sizeable middle class that will actually get to enjoy all of this.

One thing I have noticed about Nigerian real estate is that it is always focused on the building itself. We often compare it to cities like New York, London, or Paris, but those cities tell a different story. In London, for instance, real estate is also about the streets, air quality, safety, aesthetics, the entire living environment. And crucially, these elements are driven by municipalities, local governments, and states. They build the infrastructure, transport, sewage, water, all the things we need to live well. Enjoying the lakes, rivers, and seaside, all of that depends on government infrastructure. Good governance ties directly into this whole real estate story, yet, that perspective is often missing in the Lagos or Nigerian context. But the lady Ijeoma did justice to that critical aspect of the discussion on governance as it affects real estate. That shows she understands the subject matter. Her contrubution is the most important and insightful in the entire documentary.
