This was never ridiculous, mom hiding your games is a true crisis

That ending's actually kinda dark. It heavily implied the kid became a recluse (or hikikomori in Japanese) which IRL is a very serious problem, not only in Japan but is particularly bad there, where people, mostly young people, completely withdraw socially and often refuse to leave their room. That would explain why the family is so happy when you open the door for them and the word "escaped" appears on the game's screen. That's a twist of sadly relevant social commentary I totally did not see coming in a game as funny and ridiculous as this that likely'll be lost on those not familiar with the problem of hikikomori.

The difference between pickles and cucumbers are that pickles are pickled cucumbers. While cucumbers are just cucumbers.

There also a Hide & Dance on the switch.  It the sister doing dance moves.  But she cant get catch by mom.  Because she suppose to be doing homework.
