What brand of coffee to drink??

I really enjoy coffee, I do buy the instant stuff, and I remember reading the back of the ingredients and noticed that some state that it's 3% ground coffee others don't say nothing at all, I did use to buy Lor  because I read it held 3% arabica coffee, I try to avoid the ones that don't show ingredients. Then I invested on a coffee bean grinder. Can taste the difference. But the packages don't state much info? I bought Tylors coffee beans for Christmas all honesty taste smooth and flavour, but for the last few years hearing more and more about how our food, drinks how these companies lie and deceive us. And now hearing more about the printed meats, and the Peel projects of lab grown vegetables and fruits along with the Milk we drink, especially for my kids.

I'm gonna start my level 4 in nutrition this summer, hopefully after this have more knowledge in what goes into our foods and pass the knowledge on as this channel does.

Sadly eating organic and local produce is too expensive!

I drink Clipper Organic instant coffee, very nice 😋
(I also drink Kenco instant decaff, but at least it's freeze dried)
For ground coffee I drink Morrisons Best Guatamalan 100% arabica, worth a mention! 😉

What brand of coffee should we drink?

I ordered from Amazon a tin of Little's coffee to try, the caramel flavour. I received an 80 colours marker pen set instead 😂😂😂

What about Taylors Coffee  in UK. Can you do a video on that please  ?

Thanks, yes all well and good, now I know what to avoid. HOWEVER...... any chance of another video on which ones are NOT to be avoided, which has most Aribica, minimum additions etc. Clearly will be down to invividual taste and palette, but a list of the 10 or 12 (or even the best half dozen) which come into this category would be a hugely useful guide.

That's why I only drink ground coffee ☕ . All others taste terrible 🤮🤯😕😀

I never use instance coffee but use percolated coffee.

I love Douwe Egberts the black indulgence one. 😮😭 Think I'll switch to a healthy whole bean coffee.
