“So this isn’t the last game?”
“It’s appropriate that you ask that question from down there.”

Kobe: “Sitting there, 70 80 years old. And I’m wondering if I’m ever gonna come back from this injury...”

Interviewer: “gotta get to that 60 point game”

Wow. This one part is chilling.

Imagine an entire nation of ppl like kobe

RIP to Kobe, as well as his daughter Gianna, he a great man I looked up to, thank you for these videos, they really helped me through a lot, we will miss him forever

It's just absolutely incredible how he was able to shoot free throws let alone walk to the locker room on his own with a complete ruptured Achilles. You look at the other athletes these last few years that have torn their Achilles and how they react (rolling on the ground), needing help from a few teammates to go to the locker room and it's special to know what Kobe did. No knock on anyone, as that injury is no joke and I can promise you I wouldn't have the pain tolerance or the fortitude strength to be able to walk on it.

RIP to one of the greatest, his daughter and the others who lost theyre lifes.. life is to short, be happy and do what u love..

RIP I was watching his video this morning and now he’s gone wow life is so precise. My heart goes out to you and your family

The sad part about his achilles injury is that everyone doubted he'd be the same. he came back and he looked the same. For real, he looked as if he had not gone through it at all. Then he popped his knee. Then his shoulder gave up. Then age and a lifetime of abusing his body taking it to the extreme caught to him, and he was no longer a shadow of the shadow of his former self.

But even if for a few games, only for a handful, in between, he did rise to the challenge of coming back from an achilles and being the same player he was before. He rose to the challenge and he DID beat it. Sadly, it didn't last, but it was magnificent while it lasted.

What a leader and visionary! So sad that we lost him so early in his life. His contribution now is great but he still had so much more greatness to give to the world.

I'm sure he instilled so much wisdom and positive thought  in his daughters. Such a young man with great insight and wisdom.

This man keeps me going everyday, living your life with a purpose is hard. Cause there is only one way

I miss this man so much he still inspires so many . Kobe is the defenition of what greatness is

A lifetime of inspiration..

RIP KOBE & GIGI
