I've thought about removing the baffle for a few weeks now, more for comparison than anything so i decided to try it out today. Let me know if you prefer with or without the baffle.
There is also the question of if it effects a LAMS bike status, in NSW it seems to be a grey area. Curious about your thoughts on this matter.

Thank you for the demo, I have a set on order for my 2026 Reb 300 and I'm very surprised the DB levels are just about the same w/baffle in vs out, but to my ear the out sounds deeper/better. Note to others: Most pre 2026 US Rebs 2025 have the catalytic converter integrated with the Muffler not in the header pipe as shown in this vid, so changing to an aftermarket exhaust may be like straight pipe de-catting the bike, making it louder and higher emissions.
