Love these black and white comedy/mysteries with the “dark and stormy nights” a bunch of people in a large mansion, fireplaces ablaze, etc

I enjoy watching Horror and Gothic movies 🎥. This is the only Ritz Brother's movie that I have enjoyed because of all the lunacy, fine cast and let's not forget Bela Lugosi and Lionel Atwill.

In my humble opinion everyone  in the movie was Great. The maid, hilarious: The Ritz Brothers,  Harrigan,  Mulligan and Garradin, hilarious: Lugosi, great: Even the niece and fiance were convincing. I like this movie a lot.  lol.

One of the best funniest, comics of all time.

🥺Great old time movie !! 👀. Thanks for bring it back!  ❤.

One of my favorites  i watch this a couple times a year

It's fun to see Patsy Kelly, Bela Lugosi, and Lionel Atwell.

I remember watching this at a young age 12 years later I found it again

Don’t write them like this anymore. Classic!
Patsy Kelly gives another stunning performance!

I love Bela!

Une pépite injustement oubliée à découvrir de toute urgence !

I’ve watched this movie soooo! Many times!! And it’s still fun! Thanks!!!!

This is 👍,I have the DVD as well,Harrigan😆,Patsy😆,Bela 👏,Lionel always 👍,Thanks 😀👋

Old time director Allan Dwan should have toned Patsy Kelly down a bit.  He cast this one wonderfully.  It was by and large meant to be a vehicle for the Ritz Brothers.  Joseph Calleia--the gorilla--was one of those actors who never achieved the famed he deserved.  He did his best work on the stage.  Still, he was in tons of very good films--often as the villain.  This is the same guy from Touch of Evil who was Orson Welles' cop partner, who was deceived by Welles planting evidence, and who gradually becomes aware of how corrupt his partner is.   Thank you for putting this on YouTube--it's worth watching.

Loved the movie!!

"I just received this note from the gorilla."  What does it say?   "Ook. Oook ook ook. Ook. Or else."

A great black and white comedy with that master of horror Bela Lugosi and the bumbling Ritz brothers. Thanks for the posting.

I 💓 this classic 🎥,Harrigan is 😆

great classic movie i enjoy watching makes me laugh these classic movies you won’t see today generation I don’t watch an TV 📺 either today that too not the same today thanks

Black and white old movies are great.  Bela Lugosi scarred the bejesus out of me as a kid in Dracula. And some of the comedy is corny but always funny.  Thanks for posting this
