ROCKBIKES TV (Rockbikes TV) This episode is about bearings, which are used in many industrial products.
Bicycles are no exception, and bearings are used in many places such as the wheels, BB (bottom bracket), headset, and pedals.
Among these, the wheel (hub) bearings and BB bearings are particularly stressed parts.
This time, using the BB bearing as an example, we'll explain an easy way to improve the performance and durability of bearings while doing maintenance.
This technique can be used anywhere with sealed bearings, so of course it can be used in other places such as wheel bearings.
With just a little work, your bearings will spin surprisingly smoothly!
Please try it with your favorite grease.
The grease and oil spray used this time are as follows:
"RED-i Ultraplex EP Grease #2"
Tube type

Aluminum can individual packets

"Ultra-high performance extreme pressure wear-resistant special lubricant"
