If the third one had been made in China, Kai would have been a ghost, a spirit bound to the world by his resentment, and Oogway would have been a martial god.

Me throughout the entire first half of the Kai and Oogway section: "YES! FINALLY! THANK YOU!"

How to fix this movie:
1. Chameleon turns into someone and steals the stuff at beginning of the movie. The fight breaks out and she shows us Tai Lung, wins, escapes, and mby injures someone. We got our villain introduction, we fear hear now.

2. Tai Lung escapes on his own from chameleons castle (he can do that, hes been in a lot worse)

3. We are removing the fox girl.
Tai Lung and Shifu join Po on his way to chameleon. The trio of them would be so entertaining to watch on their adventure.

4. Focus this movie on Tai Lungs redemption and his relationship with Shifu, lets rebuild their bond.

5. Make Po choose Tai Lung in the end to become his succesor. The dragon warrior he was always meant to be (and keep him alive, because his life was cut short but he got a second chance and earned it)

Those are just a few examples. There is much more that could be improved.

Kung Fu Panda 4 would’ve been better if they dropped the Po and Chameleon content and made it a romance story between Li and Mr. Ping.

There should have been a post credit scene, where the three villains reunite with their former loved ones. Tai Lung should have gone back to the palace and reunited with Shifu, become his son all over again and then plan to take over his role as a mentor to Po in wisdom. Shen should have met with the Soothsayer and ruled over Juniper City with her advice to finally establish the city's peace and do something right. Kai should have gone to the spirit realm and met Oogway again and meditated with him, giving advice to the newer villains (to show that he no longer shows evil but rather uses his Oogway-level wisdom for good now), including the Chameleon. Perfect way to wrap it up.

Finally, somebody who appreciates Kai as much as I do!

I have absolutely no horse in the Kung Fu Panda race (i have only seen the first movie) but I love a good, passionate rant!

At least kung fu panda 4 didn’t ruin the franchise like you story 4, but didn’t improve it either like Mario advance 4.

FINALLY THANK YOU someone who also gets kai!! I really wanna make a vid about him tbh because hes so overlooked, I personally understand kai, i was betrayed and left by friends, almost all i had, they never spent time with me or cared and kais feelings of betrayer or even guilt for making oogway betray him (since he was the one who bought him to the pandas who eventually changed oogway and made him betray kai) really make me understand and like him all the more. I also love kai, hes kinda a guilty pleasure to me actually lmao

I'm actually kind of glad Shifu and Tai Lung didn't have that scene of closure. In that mess of a movie it would be quick, superficial and absolutely wasted. This way, there's a chance they will listen to what the fans want and do it right, in a movie that's actually worth continuing the series. Not much of one, maybe, but a chance.

I was laughing so hard at the spot on oogway impression

I haven’t seen the movie, but the animation is great. The music is great the villain is terrible and it really upsets me that they have three good movies, but this one is just bad.

What is the game you’re playing? It looks cool especially Tai Lung vs Kai

What about Despicable Me 4?
