My Father Said Burn the House and Walk North — The Outbreak Started 2 Hours Later
My father had never given me an order I didn't question. But that night, he looked me in the eyes and told me to burn the house, take only what I could carry, and walk north.
He wouldn't explain why.
I thought he was afraid. Maybe even paranoid.
Then, two hours later, the outbreak began.
The streets filled with panic. Emergency broadcasts stopped. People disappeared from their homes, and the roads leading south became impossible to use. But my father's strange instructions suddenly started making sense.
He had prepared a route through the wilderness that nobody else knew about.
Now I have to follow it while carrying the one thing my father told me never to leave behind—and every mile north reveals another reason he knew this was coming.
A zombie survival story about a father's final warning, a burned home, a desperate journey north, and the terrifying discovery waiting at the end of the road.
