God gave us the gift of Jeff playing drums...Sonic Bliss!Robyn,my beautiful friend worked her self crazy to put these books out..And she did a phenomenal job to keep Jeff's memory and spirit very much alive..

I was a Jeff Porcaro fan before I even knew who he was. Thanks for these interviews!

The drums on Box Scagg's tune, "Lowdown" are so good, especially the drum intro.  Such a great groove with tasteful fills when needed.  Jeff was really playing for the song.

I’ve probably watched this podcast about 30 times. One of the highlights of Jeff’s career, to me, is the production of the video “Till the End” . It was brilliant IMO.

I see Jeff moving to player-producer, had God allowed him to stick around.   I lost 2 cousins to genetic heart ailments before 30.  They were brothers; 17 and 22.  Their 38 year old brother wears a pacemaker.   Genetics sometimes will stack the deck.   I cried like a brat when Jeff died, because, two of my family had already died young.  -Theresa B, in Mississippi.

RIP Jeff, Mike and Joe.

This is so wonderful, we rarely hear these gems about Jeff's other side. Keep up the Great work!😊

I love Jeff so much bro

The perfect musician.

The whole world was shaken was Jeff died. We didn't have the internet access back then like we do now. I remember entertainment tonight doing a tribute for him. That sais a lot for that community to gather around him like that. Also having Larrie Londin die just a few weeks later did not help the grieving process. The music world definitely changed that August.

Saw them on rosanna tour at six flags st Louis rode the screaming eagle with the band...smoked doobie on the ride

Per Susan, Jeff was not a drug abuser. The day he died he was healthy spraying Bug insecticide in his garden and accidentally inhaled it then went into fatal anaphylactic shock. Thanks to the chemical industry and fakeatream media and medical corruption the coroner said he died from Cocaine OD. riP Jeff, in Truth

Tutti Familia. To Steve your brother Jeff, IMO, was always in your corner. Brothers are brothers forever…..Right or Wrong. I had that relationship with my cousin the late John Panozzo of STYX. There was never any doubt we backed each other up. The only time it faulted was when the alcohol took over…

RIPJEFFREYANDMICHAEL

Jeff ultimately worked himself to death IMO. My late cousin John Panozzo of STYX did the same thing with alcohol being a significant addition. Jim Gordon went batshit crazy over perfection. All the talented percussionist are perfectionists.

I’ve read both books on Jeff Porcaro that were interesting and incredible. I also read Lukather’s book which was good. Nothing anyone can tell me or convince me Jeff Porcaro was a junkie. Jeff was a great and talented man. He loved his wife and family. RIP my friend. Until we see each other let perpetual light shine on you and Michael. Ciao!

The drugs that he did couldn't possibly have been good for him.

If that isn't the worst Captain Obvious reponse to an interview question, than I don't know what is.
