Azula’s such a menace she broke one of the sacred rules of Anime, and attacked the main character mid transformation
EVEN THO THIS AIN’T AN ANIME

14:08 Mind you had it not been for Katara, Azula, a FOURTEEN yearold would have ended the ENTIRE Avatar cycle and would have ultimately destroyed the concept of avatars, because if you die for good in the avatar state you end the cycle and they are no more avatars. Azula is a BEAST bro 😭

I love how it wasn't Iroh or Zuko that discovered Azula was lying.
It was a freaking slip of the tongue by a captain. Forget being thrown overboard, my man was used as lightning practice!

According to the writers, Azula was supposed to get an arranged marriage somewhere in the series presumably in Book 3 but had to cut it because it didn't fit in the flow of the story. Can you imagine the torment she would've put her would be husband through?

Azula singlehandely introduced kids to psychopaths, toxic friends & family members, elitism and most importantly KARENS. 🤯

@ZombieTheZealot 2 years ago

Azula actually killed Aang but Katara revived him with her healing water. So technically Azula earned the title of protagonist killer

@anthonylefoer9044 2 years ago

Not only did Ozai make her firelord, he made himself the Phoenix king.
He made the title of fire lord worthless, something Azula always wanted.

She's not even old enough to drink and she already has the tyranny of a seasoned veteran dictator.

Nah azula’s quote to that captain was terrifying: “you should quit worrying about the tides, who have already made up their minds about killing you; and focus on me, who’s still mulling it over” 😅😭😭

@kanekikingstorm2113 2 years ago

Let’s not forget: Zuko and Iroh took their chances with the ENTIRETY of the Earth Kingdom, rather than dealing with Azula

Azula stands above all as the pinnacle of hatred and insanity.

She was hating on Zuko the entire show, bro was fighting for his life and she was plotting on his downfall every single time.

18:35 “Uhh, saving my mans. A feeling that you will never know.” is the perfect translation for “I love Zuko more than I fear you.” Got to hand it Zuko. That man was super lucky and super blessed to have a girl like Mai at his corner. Mai’s uncle ran the Prison, Mai was willing to help him escape, and Mai was willing to give up damn near everything to help Zuko. Mai was perfect for Zuko, a dedicated girl who saw her for who he is, was more than willing to stand up to Azula, and was also good with Blades; something Zuko himself was also good at.

Azula is the epitome of "I don't just support women's rights, I support women's wrongs." Because I still say her crazy ass deserves a spot on the round table.

@Nin-Saber 2 years ago

"Don't flatter yourself. You were never even a player." remains one of the best villain lines I've ever heard.

@Crimson-Hat 2 years ago

Azula is the mother of the, "hater grindset." She is the most, "born to hate" character ever made.

@lexy5959 2 years ago

she was a psychotic crazy a** but also one of the best written characters I've come across. Like the character was executed beyond perfect. They understood the assignment with her

@UncleCheekClappa 2 years ago

Azula is one of the best written examples of parent induced psychosis ever. She was a menace created by another menace

@inkybrixx1291 2 years ago (edited)

She’s SO dangerous and cracked that she’s NOT ALLOWED to be a black air force! Our boi CJ had to come up with a WHOLE OTHER SERIES to deal with people of her category!

@bigjah5249 2 years ago

Ozai banishing Zuko was really the biggest blessing in disguise in history. Because if Zuko was able stick around, he’d definitely be as messed up as Azula….or dead.
