One of the things I heard for Ollie that broke through for me was someone telling a story how fencer explained an ollie being like a coin trick and when you think about those physics of swinging your hand with a coin it changed it for me and I feel like I can get such clean Ollie's after always stays with my hand effortlessly. Flip tricks im still working on consistency. But the coin trick thing really cracks the ollie for me. That and rolling back into it.
