Most of norse lore comes down to Loki being like "we do a little trolling"

Where’s Kratos in all this

Loki: "It's just a prank bro"

I love how Egyptian, Greek and Roman mythology is a bunch of epics, tales of heroes and monsters, and then you have Norse mythology, which seems like a 2000s sitcom 😂

"hey Odin heres a kickass horse... You can never ask me where i found it..."
*PTSD FLASHBACK involving a lot of neighing

Thor seems like a calm and reasonable person.

The creativity it took to create this mythology is incredible. What a story

Imagine being asleep and years pass and then you are woken up and killed because three brothers that you helped create in your sleep are bored 🤣. Justice for Ymir.

Amazing, very comprehensive,

I beg to you to consider doing one like this for Persian Mythology,

I feel like it is an unexplored mythos with lots of strong paralels with both nordic and celtic mythologies.

Much love from Mexico

The thing that separates Norse mythology from basically everything else is that the gods know Ragnarök is coming and know they lose, and they show up anyway. That fatalism baked into the whole cosmology is such a different flavor than Greek myth's cycle of prophecy-and-panic.

In Norse mythology, creation began not with light — but with the clash between fire and ice. Chaos was always the first god.

Yes! From my home region! Love this mythology! Grew up with it, and this is what made me fall in love with Greek mythology! So huge props to Norse mythology!

We can say that the fear of Ragnarok made odin so desparate that he himself started the chain of Ragnarok

I love this story Norse mythology is truly magnificent wonder and creativity. The stories are beautiful. The animation is perfect and everything that went into ended between the events of Ragnarok was perfect.

Imagine wielding the strongest, heaviest, most powerful weapon in all the realms, slamming it with full might onto the face of some giant, and he just says “a leaf must’ve fell on my face”, only to find out later that he’s the weakest giant.

That kind of experience must be such a wake up call to anyone who believe they’re better than everyone else.

There is no way not to hate loki 😂

The norse mythology is 100% my favourite of them all!
