Devastating at this point it might have to come down to no more homes that are literally right on the Beach line it's to much of a risk and danger to have homes literally right on the beach much less for the ones that are away from the beach line that can still be effected by floods, especially if it appears this is going to be  going on off and on from now on more times then not thing they're going to have to be dealing with.

Sand berms don't work. Has no one figured this out yet?
