This is a concise summary of the construction process for a modular model railway layout, consisting of two sections: one depicting the bridge on the Iida Line (a bridge that never crosses the tracks) and the other recreating a railway exchange station found in rural Japan, both built using KATO's curved bridge set.
When assembled, the layout measures 1200mm x 800mm, but its modular design allows it to be stored in approximately half the space, making it possible for even a modeler with a small room like myself to own a medium-sized layout.
This layout is suitable not only for Iida Line trains but also for trains from the Takayama Main Line and Shikoku.

I created a scene of a characteristic iron bridge in the countryside and a scene of an old station like in Japan.
We are devising ways to enjoy model railroads even in a small space.
