How could you not get pumped up about life after watching one of Seth’s videos!

Imaging having Seth as your coach as a young kid!  😅😅😅  Exactly what young kids need today!

We all must blast gear

Seth,

I lost my dad when I was 11. I grew up hurt and angry and just had no guidance, and then I found bodybuilding on YouTube. It started with motivational videos and then one day I found your page. I literally grew up watching your videos and listening to your advice and honestly learning so much about just being a man and getting through shit that life threw at me as a young man. It is awesome to see you still getting after it and always teaching / dropping literal gems. You’re a legend brother.

I sat down today and said I’m gonna take it easy. This video popped up and now I have to go find something to do. Respect

You are going to be the coach those kids tell THEIR kids about. You’re having a way bigger impact than you think Seth

That was so sweet when his son said “I had a candy already”. That tells you a lot about how Seth is as a father. Love the videos as always been on a binge as of late.

Seth your videos have absolutely changed my life it's not just the young kids in your area that your effecting I'm sure you know this but the effect you have had on my life is absolutely astonishing. My mom passed last year on September 20th and your videos have kept me going and honestly have kept me here it's so odd every time you post I'm in an incredibly low place the timing is always impeccable so I just wanted to say thank you.

I’m currently a Drill instructor and I’ve been watch u for years you motivate me to be a better husband dad and marine

Could never get tired of a Seth video man 🙏🏾

I love your channel man you've helped me through a lot of dark times and make me want to be strong

Awesome that this video came out at the right time, I just signed up as coach for my kids soccer team !!!!

Haven’t even watched the whole thing yet. The opening 20 seconds put me in a great mood. Thanks for everything you do

Yessir luv the fall season, favorite

First time watching . Thank you...

There has not been a more satisfying, redeeming and full circle win I have witnessed than this one. Me and my lady always watch and have been pulling for you for years. We are Jersey natives and stayed up late watching the live stream and this is the first time we both cheered out loud for an Olympia win. You made Bob have to eat his words, silenced the doubters, won first place while Martin the hater didn’t even crack top 10, won the title and won the people’s champion all on the same night. Took the W, the sandow, the ring, the title with gold medal and the peoples champ belt home with you. Congratulations Nick you more than earned this. Walker Nation up!

Seth, you are very encouraging!!I love the old school stuff, free weights baby!!

Watching this at 5am with breakfast before my workout. Some of the things you said I just wrote down as inspirational quotes to lift myself up and get at it. Thanks man, some days I just need some Seth in my life.

The soundtrack to this video fux hard!! I love it!!

I dig your perspective. You’re not only a hella BB, you’re a good, involved father! That speaks to character that matters to me at any rate. Love your videos —must have watched shoulders x 1000. Your videos have helped me in the gym ; they have helped me pass plateaus. Thank you for what you do, brother!
