Miyabi’s father is a failure of a parent for spoiling his daughter instead of disciplining her when she is clearly in the wrong.

Urara already sees Yui as a sister and is just waiting patiently for her brother Keiichi  to hook up with her.

It's fair to say that Shintaro definitely failed as the father but it's nice that Shogo actually called her out for her attitude for what she did to Urara's dress and it's also great that her mom kyoko called her out on it too oh and no doubt that Keiichi and Yui are definitely going out.😊

Messing with Keiichi's older sister Urara and now lost the contract and trust.

Afterstory: Due to the dress incident,Urara decided to cut off the deal and trust. It seems that Keiichi had told everything to Miyabi's parents, Kyoko apologised but Shintaro kept saying it's not her daughter's fault. Kyoko, Keiichi,Urara and Yui still not forgive them even though they beg for mercy but they rejected. And so, both Shintaro and Kyoko got divorced and so do Shogo and Miyabi. Soon,Doyomeki Brewery went bankrupt after losing the biggest client - Kirameki Agency. Meanwhile, Keiichi now enjoy working in Kirameki Agency after he quit and so do Yui. Months later, they started dating and soon they got married.
Extra: During next few days, Yui became friends with Urara. One day, Urara introduced to both Keiichi and Yui to meet her boyfriend Yuto. " When I heard about how you two defense  Doyomeki Brewery, I was being touched by the siblings love and the friendship. Keiichi, Urara is very lucky to have a kind younger brother and good friend." Hearing those words, both Keiichi and Yui blushing with smile. And so, Urara married Yuto. A few days later, Kirameki Agency went thriving. Soon, they being interviewed by the journalists and camermen. But just before Keiichi introduced his wine, Miyabi and Shintaro show up out of nowhere. With nowhere else to go, they take advantage of Keiichi's kindness but Yuto yelled," You got a lot of nerves showing up here after what you did to Keiichi,Yui and Urara." So, they revealed the dress incident. Now, Miyabi was being named by," golden child "," spoiled princess "and" drama queen" while Shintaro was being named," like father like daughter " or" doting old man ". Later, there's a news that now Miyabi work at the farm where her grandparents runs, Shintaro work in the inn and Shogo now working in the family restaurant.

Seriously,Miyabi was being doting by her father Shintaro but good thing that her mother Kyoko is a decent person.

Well at least Shogo had some common sense. I bet he was planning on divorcing Miyabi soon

The antagonists in this story are the classic "selfish freaks" that would rather DIE than admitting to be in the wrong (and the so-called "daughter" in this one, is the living proof of it).
The CEO of the new company (the one in which the MC decided to join) did WELL to divorce (and cutting ties as well, I hope) and distance herself from such living trash , and I hope she can find someone with morals in the future.

Miyabi forces Keiichi and Yui to try and make the anniversary glamorous by getting celebrities to come.  Unfortunately, her plan backfired when Urara came and called Miyabi out and Yui coming to the event looking beautiful.  To make matters worse, her mother comes to the event and convinces Keiichi and Yui to join her company.  So, at the competition, Miyabi and Shogo thought it was no competition for them, but Keiichi and Yui did their research on what would make Urara's celebration sparkle.  Then she spills some wine on Urara's dress, which causes her trouble.  Even though Yui fixed the issue, Miyabi had no remorse.  Unfortunately, that nonchalant attitude had terrible consequences.  Then she tries to get her father to do damage control, but her mother and Urara shut that down.  In the end, Miyabi thinks that she can boss people around and act successful for the company, but her attitude towards people, even celebrities, led to her causing the collapse of the company.

Side:  - I thought we would have a Urara x Yui relationship along the way in this story.
- I'm surprised Miyabi didn't try the family bias card on Keiichi and Urara at the competition

"look, i really hate to say this, but you guys totally nailed it this time"

At least, shogo admitted that keiichi better than him... Meanwhile miyabi always thought she is better than keiichi and yui... She paid the price with losing urara trust... Good thing the mom is the only person who really decent person

Keyword: "Refinement"
As what they say
"It takes about fermentation and research to make a perfect wine."
Miyabi's mom is the finest wine that gets better when aged. Unlike her daughter that turns sour as vinegar, she sees keiichi, Yui and urara as finest produce when processed into flavorful beverage. She believes the potential of the three with utmost trust in their abilites. 😊

"Please cut my child some slack." She is a married adult woman who can't apologize and throws tantrums when the smallest things don't go her way. This mindset is why we got so many spoiled nepo babies these days.

I wanna see Miyabi's family argue and bicker playing the blame game on each other. About their business going bankrupt, Miyabi's mom divorcing her dad and she ended up having to divorce Shogo. They all each went their separate ways. Miyabi was homeless.

Looks like the Saionji family has met their harsh fate.

This is a great story where Miyabi thought that she can mess with Keiichi with some last minute schedule to handle but it backfired on her since the celebrity that she thought Keiichi couldn't get a celebrity but Keiichi just pull out Urara his sister which is pretty funny since they actually thought they can look down on him after all of that but it backfired instead but the real problem in this one is the fact that Miyabi couldn't just accept the fact that she did it and it didn't matter if it's intentional or not after all it's the result of her behaviour I hope that she will suffer for the rest of her life together with his father who spoiled her too much and her husband who sided with her dispite knowing all of her wrongdoing anyways glad everything worked out in the end I hope that Keiichi and Yui will date each other and marry each other one day

Nice, a Yui episode. And Keiichi made a wine and food set specifically for her.

And here we have a spoiled Nepo baby who could do no wrong because her dad looked the other way, but her mom wanted to discipline her. And the end result being Miyabi throwing a tantrum and doesn't hold accountability, and even ruined Urara's dress if Yui wasn't around. I find it funny when Keiichi or any of the girls are the Nepo baby, they know what they're doing, but girls like Miyabi doesn't attempt to better themselves.

Plus Keiichi knows his sister better than anyone, so of course he'd win.

Miyabi Has to be the most Self absorbed, irresponsible, non-mannered,person I’ve ever seen but I still love the story

Keiichi and Yui sure saved Urara's dress while Miyabi did nothing but whine lol😅

What a terrible CEO and his daughter, they should be ashamed of themselves

Proper manners cost nothing but not having them can cost you alot
