A quiet evening tea at Rosebank Cottage turns into a chilling village mystery when Mr. Edmund Price suddenly collapses after drinking from his cup. What begins as an ordinary gathering in St. Mary Mead soon becomes a deadly puzzle of tea, timing, and one fatal mistake.

Everyone in the room had tea. Everyone had a habit. Mrs. Crane took lemon, Clara Benton added sugar, Dr. Fenwick preferred milk and one sugar, and Mr. Price accepted his cup without question. But Miss Marple notices what others overlook: one cup had been set slightly apart, the hostess hesitated after a knock at the door, and the poisoned cup may not have reached the person it was meant for.
As Inspector Slack begins his questioning, hidden tensions rise inside the drawing room. A solicitor with dangerous knowledge, a careful hostess, a nervous young woman, and a guarded doctor all become part of a mystery where the smallest detail reveals the deepest truth.

Follow Miss Marple as she untangles the secret behind the poisoned cup, the interrupted tea tray, and the quiet choice that turned a mistake into murder.
