Too many hours spent in this game. When I hear this music, I... I can't explain what I feel, but you guys know. I miss the old days.

after 20 years still gives me chills.

20 years boys. Is there any game nowadays that brings the same joy this one did? Never felt anything like that again.

December 2004, I just got the game. I have 4MB of Ram on my rig, everything is lagging with dial up internet, monitor is tiny, the color red doesn't work on it, 4 friends are over at my place, and we're all taking turns in dungeons. Every time a rare loot drops, we all high-5 and cheer. 14-hours go by and we are still playing together on 1 character. Mom brings us snacks very few hours and laughs at our enthusiasm. We didn't realize it back then... but those times were some of the best of our lives.

I'd give everything to turn back time to my childhood where I had no worries at all. Where I had my dad and all my friends....
My life is miserable right now and I'm just drowning in melancholia listening to this...

This makes me homesick in a way i didnt expect.  Was such a horrendous time in my life, fresh home from Iraq, marriage disintegrated.
And this game and a few of the folks in it helped keep me from.....well   you know.
I pray they are well somewhere.
Dromage and Aalia from Duskwood, you guys were great friends.  Thank you.

This makes me really thinking back 20 years ago - sheesh...

this is what home sounds like.

I miss the old days when there were no bigger problems than homework and what to do with all the free time. I'd love to spend a holiday weekend in the past to relive those easier times. We're all getting old, mates.... But I'm already looking forward to the day when we're all in our retirement homes gaming and playing the World of Warcraft Classic 60th Anniversary Remake. I wish you all a great day! :)

She and I used to spend a lot of time here. Shes gone now. And I cant go back. But thanks for letting me visit.

It's kind of crazy how much of a hold WoW has on people. Two decades later, still watching video clips of WoW, listening to the old music, played a few private servers since vanilla.

This game needs to be studied because the effect it had on so many people isn't normal.

I have built a whole ass life since then, wife, career, house, yet still find myself thinking back on childhood, particularly this game that had such a profound effect on me...

I truly believe it will carry on through the rest of my life, and like one of the previous commenters mentioned, pretty sure I'm going to be going back to this game full time when I retire 😆

Hearing this hits the most sensitive area of my heart.

This is awesome. I love it. As a returning player I realized that the music of Wow really had a calming effect on my nervousystem. ngl. Appreciate the upload

...2026 and this still hits the feelings. Cheers... I may go return to classic.

A part of me is still there in the forest. Wandering through the trees of Elwynn Forest... .Life passes by in the blink of an eye.

I used to sit next to my dad and watch him play this game for hours. He was a Druid and absolutely loved it. I would even fall asleep to it! He would also purposely run around and quest in the area so I could do so too. I miss you, Pops. See you in heaven someday.

good old days when i was 12 and downloaded this game for the first time running around in this zone experiencing the game for the first time checking out every class, too bad everyone i played with back then quit more then 15 years ago and some of my closest friends from that time is dead, i take those golden days and memories i shared with my friends to the grave, rest in piece boys!! it was one crazy adventure, maybe we meet again in another world

My #1 favorite game of all time. This never gets old. I started in 2006.

If I could do one thing. It would be to do it all again.

I envy so much everyone who says this is a relaxing soundtrack, for me the Nostalgia feels like a 12 gauge 00 buckshot straight to the chest, the pain is unbearable
