I've seen plus-size dolls before, but yours is the only one that looks to me like she's soft and poseable, and like an actual plus-size body is; not to mention her face sculpt - Oh my gosh, she's so lovely ❤
as soon as I saw her face, I thought "I NEED her so I can have an adorable chubby Usagi Tsukino doll!" time to start budgeting for her next preorder 💕

Congratulations on finishing her and all the best with the preorder :) She looks so lovely!

I'm sobbing she is gorgeous. I'm scared to buy all the supplies because I really wanna make one but I don't want to mess up because it's expensive as hell and money is an issue. I'm going to practice sculpting but I'm determined to make one as well because they're so beautiful and I was so happy just watching you make her so I wanna experience making one of my very own.

When I first saw your fantasy face up for Viola I immediately thought of Rose Quartz from Steven Universe.

I think the sculpting you did on the knee looks great. It's actually a part of the doll that draws my eye to it.

Viola is adorable! I love her chubby body!!!

I'm obsessed with her cute hands!! Both the closed and open hands have so much personality.

She looks so beautiful! Good job on her, I hope you get lots of preorders! She's just so beautiful

She moves so smoothly wow!! And I love the shelf idea for the knee joint and torso joint! I’m designing my own BJD as well, and seeing those joints in action was really eye opening and inspiring! Funnily enough my doll also has a thicc curvy shape with most of the weight in her hips. Your sculpt turned out so beautiful and elegant! Awesome work!

There are so many little details you put into her. Viola is lovely and we can see all the effort you put into making her.

She's truly beautiful

Omg she is so amazing! You're an inspiration. I loved the fantasy version of version you showed in part 2. SO GORGEOUS! You should be so proud!!! Making a doll from scratch is so much time and work

Why is this the most peaceful video in history?

I'm late to the game here since this was 8 years ago, but she looks fantastic!

So glad to see a larger-figured doll!

I am a fidgety person and love moving things around relatively to each other, so I definitely get where you are coming from with your round ball joint decision.
I'd much rather have a doll that I can fluidly and life-likey move around with both my hands simultaniously, than one where I'd have to struggle or fiddle around or grab her tight to move a joint each time.
These dolls are such dainty, delicate items and having them be stuck and stiff would just not fit to that at all and probably make me afraid of moving her joints.

(Just think of Nicolles's Dreams expierence with her Kyukyu Harajuku doll, where one arm joint snapped off because they were so super stiff.)

Wish I would have found this sooner! Joined the mailing list, sad to miss out on the first round of pre orders. I will be looking forward to the next release of this body style. Love it!

I love her so much! I have a character I like to think I'd make if I ever got good at faceups, and I don't think I've seen a body that would work for her before Viola. It's a shame there aren't more chubby dolls out there. Viola is beautiful and you can see all the love you put into her!

Thank you so much for making her. I fell in love her the moment I saw here! I'm so sad I was unable to get her at time of order but hope to own her someday. Definitely going on my grail list. <3

She is so beautiful ;u; I hope to get her if you do another preorder in the future, (sad I can't get her, I don't have the funds right now), but she is my new grail doll haha! She is all I ever wanted in a doll ^u^ Makes me feel really happy that she is a curvy girl like me~
