The first is narcissistic abuse awareness, understanding the covert narcissist's tactics, from love bombing and gaslighting to triangulation, smear campaigns, hoovering and the discard, so you can finally see the pattern clearly and stop doubting yourself. The second is recovery, working through the confusion, rumination and cognitive dissonance that so often follow a narcissistic relationship, and rebuilding your confidence, your boundaries and your sense of who you are. The third is strategy, practical and tested approaches for dealing with a narcissist you cannot fully avoid, whether that is an ex-partner, a co-parent, a family member or a colleague, including no contact, grey rock, protecting yourself during divorce and staying one step ahead of manipulation.

I have had many many sessions with Paula this year following a break up where I had no idea what I was dealing with. I had heard of narcissistic behaviour but more as a throw away comment for a bad boss or something. Paula truly opened my eyes and got me through an awful experience of false allegations, family court and not being allowed to see my dog 😢 without her help I wouldn’t be here and I don’t say that lightly.
This women is an angel in human form and if you speak with her 1-2-1 you will change your direction.
I cannot speak highly enough of her. She has a rare mix of ethics and empathy. ❤❤

I loved my Miley much more than the ex narc, and when she passed, it was like losing my soulmate.
I will tell you something, and it sounds crazy, but I feel she is still with me often !! We talk all the time.

I encourage anyone considering coaching to try it. I contacted Paula when I received the hoover a year after my 4th discard (yes….4……yes…..same narcissist). The hoover sent me into a panic because I was so afraid to regress after spending a year healing (because of Paula’s videos). I was also terribly ashamed about my particular situation. I didn’t open up the way I should have. But Paula was empathetic. She did not judge. Had I known this earlier, I would have never waited so long to contact her. So please do it. Send the email. And open yourself up. Lay it all out. 🙏. Say all the things. My best wishes and love to you all. ❤️ (PS: Though I didn’t call her as Ealy as I should have, the walkie-talkies were a big part of my healing journey 🙂)

I had two two-hour sessions with Paula. One around some family narcissists and another around a deceased Ex-husband that I dream about pretty consistently for the last thirty-five years and that just passed away a little over a year ago. The information that Paula shared with me was so valuable and useful in discovering some insights that have changed the trajectory of my life, not only in my thought process, but also around some past confusion that is now crystal clear. I actually feel blessed that I had no idea that I was dealing with a personality disorder for decades, otherwise I wouldn't have done the deep healing work I've done on myself and I can assure you that coaching beats therapy by leaps and bounds. Therapy kept me stuck for years where coaching got me living. Also, my strong belief is that Irish Women are gifted in healing modalities since I'm familiar with others too. My greatest encouragement is to do a two-hour session because the time goes by quickly. Paula's fees are very reasonable and you don't have to wait eons to meet with her. YOU'RE WORTH IT! My beloved grandmother, who is with me my whole life, who is a great person and tries to help anyone, is also an enabler to my narc mother... And it hurts me so much, because I feel like I cant rely on my grandmother emotionally like I used to.

I think it's some kind of spiritual bondage. We are somehow wounded through our lineage to attract narcissists, or to be spiritually bonded with them.
Coaching and therapy are great to understand it, and to deal with it practically & legally. Its definitely needed and has it's place. Knowledge is power. Coaching and therapy is step 1.

I feel the only way to spiritually and deeply heal is through spiritual means only. I have made leaps and bounds by proclaiming the word of God over my life. The word of God is energetically healing and powerful because it came from God.
