did you know that it is forbidden for women to go there. one of few women before 19th century that was approved to go there was Serbian empress Jelena (consort of tzar Dusan) , during the plague. Allegedly she never touched the ground and she was carried all the way x) that was real respect for that secret ground, unlike English and French women who went there...

Excellent! I would like to find the fruits of their prayers in people in the rest of the church. I mean, there may be documents about how their prayers have helped Orthodox and maybe catholics that they do not know exist.

We must not argue with each other. We should pray that the leaders of our churches will reunite.

It’s actually new set aside for almost 2000 years. The Virgin Mary claimed it for prayer while she was still alive.

I think that we should not say negative things about other denominations of Christianity, whether or not they are lost or whatever and so on AND that these also leave us be in our Orthodoxy. We are not going to change regardless of what they think and believe and they aren't going to change so please leave us be and we leave you be as well. We in Orthodoxy must strive to live righteously and leave the rest alone.

That American monk said . Monks dont go to funerals not even the parents ? What about the 10 th commandments Christianity honor the father n mother ? Even the reporter choked up about that . His dying dad wanted to see him and his mom ? This us hard to swallow if you are able to travel .😢.

In the gospel of John Jesus said there will come a time when people will not worship God on certain mountains or certain locations as a temple -
Jesus said God will do away with such things and look for those who worship Him in spirit and in truth… Jesus said that He will live within you - not in a temple or a monastery or Abby… God lives inside of you you can worship him anytime anywhere… 24/7
Because he is within you… You are the house of God… God does not live in buildings made by men - God lives within your heart
