While you are musky fishing later this year, maybe have a som OG swedish pikelures like Atom spoon 55gr and Hi-Lo (old design) in the boat just for fun.

Muskie only Swedish American here, cannot wait to watch you guys chase one for yourselves. Hope you get the window!

You boys should come to Australia and target our Mighty Murray Cod. They are harder to catch but they are so much bigger and you can use all of your Pike gear.

FYI: The Nays NXT 400g x Boatside rod is scheduled to be released in July and RRP will be €249!

Fisching is like organised chaos! First all seems very clean and organised… untill that big one hit…INSTANT CHOAS!!😂

Today's Angler's Lee Tauchen is a guide and custom muskie lure maker out of Wisconsin. He used to guide Mille Lacs when there were 50+ inch Muskie coming out of it. He did a whole video on speculation of where those large specimens disappeared. Lake of the Woods is an awesome option. As is St. Claire in Michigan. Lake Minnetonka here in Minnesota if you want to fish right after you come off the plane. I fish from a kayak so no trophies for me but I've got Tigers by my house. Go north for big fish. Much love from Minneapolis, Minnesota.

How does the Frankensuick feel while fishing and casting? I normally use 9” weighted or 10” self weighted ones, or 6,5” or 8” bobbie baits that I weight myself (old 1980’s models). Just asking out of curiosity. Congrats on the 200K subscribers from Belgium

You guys really know how to fish. I enjoy following you and hope to become just as good as the two of you someday. And that bait you use! Why not go for a catfish?

Late to the party but enjoying the show.

Congrats on 200K and Musky on the calendar!🎉

Muskies native range dip into the northern most edges of Alabama and Mississippi, which are really quite far south. Musky tolerate/prefer temps about 10 degrees F warmer on average than northern pike, so instead of 55-65 F being the prime temps for pike, musky prefer something around 65-75. As far as where you guys should go, I tend to agree with your plan for Lake of the Woods. Eagle Lake, Ontario is another great option. Green Bay and Lake St Clair also turn out impressive fish, but they are much less scenic locations. Comparing Lake of the Woods to Lake St Clair is kind of like comparing your Swedish and Aland fishing to the Netherlands. There's great pike in the Netherlands, but it's not near as pretty.

thanks a nice one, gonna stay with you longer

you should do other things other then thermals, like compound bows, fishing gear, other hunting gear etc....

Congratulations on 200k!

Guys, we have a huge problem! 😅 We have literally never fished in our lives. But this year we decided to go all out and bought a ton of high-end, top-tier gear for crazy money! We got everything you can think of — from basic spoons to premium soft plastics, minnows, jointed swimbaits, and poppers. Basically, we’re fully loaded. And what did we do? We took all this expensive stuff to the Volga and Oka rivers. We chose decent-sized lures, around 90–115 mm. Our goal was to hook something genuinely big right away! But the local fishermen on the riverbank started totally laughing at us. They told us we wouldn’t catch a single thing. Meanwhile, they're all fishing with some cheap trash like 5-centimeter swimbaits and generic spoons. Honestly, it pissed us off so much!In the end, we grinded out there for 4 days, casting for 4–5 hours a day. To be real, our confidence is completely shot now. Over the whole time, we only saw a few follows, and maybe twice our rods doubled over, but that’s it — absolute silence. So now we're just sitting here wondering: are we actually doing something wrong, or are they just jealous of our gear?

U guys should come to Wisconsin USA! Biggest Muskies live here 100%

Knowing where you two do most of your fishing, I think a good place for to go Musky would the
Chippewa Flow-age, in North Wisconsin where the best Musky was 1.61 m) and 69 pounds or 31 kg. and the shoreline and islands is approximately 100 miles of shoreline and islands. Any way the lake of  the Woods will be Great, its  huge so better get a guide, or you will probably just catch lot Pike? I would  probably get lost on that lake? It took me all-day to drive by it!! Good luck where ever you go, you need it, but I am sure you will do well! PS. 10 days for sure, the fish of a10,000 casts? lol its only 5000!

Go some place where you're more likely to catch a tiger musky.  Pike musky combo. Honestly, I wish our pike looked like yours. Yours have beautiful coloring.
