An awesome addition to your random lot generator would be primary, secondary, and accent colors. I tend to use the same colorways and it would definitely inspire me to go outside my comfort zone! There are great colors of items that didn’t know existed until filtering by color 😊

James: will not place a small trash bin inside to save money. Also James: will add a fireplace to the bedroom and an extra room just for the toilet! 😆😆😆

My favorite thing James says it "Dang it game" 😂😂😂😂

I was today years old when I learned the concrete came in leprechaun green

I love when James match up with the background, especially with my favourite colour, purple

I love your base game remodels. Almost all of the community lots you re-do I download and replace in my game. I don’t even remember what the actual high school looks like! I know it’s so so much work but having a Semaj Save would be awesome!

me: you could make a desk nook!
james: keeps extending the hallway
😂

Was itching for him to realise he left the wall under the second set off stairs lol

I cannot stress how much I hate the idea of a separate room just for the toilet lol

Love the refreshes.  Have you ever refreshed the Goth house?  Maybe you could do that without the budget constraints and use all the packs you have.  See how amazing you could make it!

I hope the next series is you refreshing these houses without a budget!

The amount of times I’ve seen James renovate this lot over the years and I’m still happy to lol

26:31 he remembered the kitchen sink ya’ll. It’s okay 😂

This is one of my favorite series from you!

Thanks, James, for all your hard work. Just a request can you do "lilsimsie very veggie"but with a twist in Tiny Town? I would love to see you build and play series. 1 of my favorites.

james has been saying “uggy” so much lately that i’ve been saying it too 😂

I grew up in an old home with highish ceilings, so I always feel like older style homes need the medium wall height.

i keep thinking "take out the fireplace, it's not needed!!" lol

Of course he went with mid century green and brown. Love the dedication 😂

James is allergic to having a rug/carpet run under the front legs of furniture
