Bea Arthur needed to live forever. What an absolute gem.

It's amazing -- he's been on for 20+ years now. This was his first season. And having Bea on his first season on the air? PURE BRILLIANCE! She was my FAVORITE Golden Girl, ALWAYS & FOREVER. ❤️

Graham really adored Bea, we can see it clearly here. I love that he knew she didn't want to talk about her private life and was shy, so he focused on making her laugh and feel at ease. Thank you for this lovely interview!

'Would you destroy it?' - delivered in a way that no one else could deliver such a line. Bless her.

"Where did you find that?"
"I have no clue."
"Would you destroy it?"
Perfection!

She's obviously having a good time! She knows British humor, and she knew what she was getting into when she flew hours on a plane to get there! She looked so happy!

So she decided to go with the pearls instead of the chain.

Walks on the stage without shoes. That is how you make a real entrance.

People complaining about this interview obviously don't know/appreciate Graham's quirkiness and style. I love his crazy energy.

Bea Arthur was the queen of comic timing, hands down.

I think she's 78 here? My gosh how beautiful she is.

Very smart woman. In the Marines she was a truck driver and typist, left as a staff sergeant in WW2. Trained as medical technologist but didn't like it. Long career as an actress. Bea Arthur could handle anyone or anything! Died at age 86 in 2009.

Bea was one of the absolute masters of the perfect comedic delivery and timing. She was just a goddess.

She was as funny in real life as she was in the Golden Girls. What an amazing lady. She should have lived FOREVER.

All the complaints and people don't seem to notice how much Bea is enjoying this. She never much liked interviews from what she said in other interviews.
