On this week's episode of Diski Diaries we're joined by Lance Davids, a man who has walked the path of local footballer, overseas player, Bafana international and now one of South Africa's top intermediaries.

In this fascinating chat he talks about his story, but also why he feels that South African football is on the up again and how Orlando Pirates are a club that are really hitting all the right notes at the moment.

In a discussion over culture and a need to rediscover the joy of the game, Lance opens up about his hopes for Mzansi going forward.
