I Was WRONG About Folding Pianos... This 88-Key is INSANE

Yo, this one blew my mind! A company reached out about the LongEye Fold Pro 2 Plus, a folding piano, and honestly, I was expecting a ton of compromises. But after spending an hour with this 88-key beast, I was completely wrong. It brought a massive smile to my face—the action is great, the sounds are fantastic, and they packed in features like a built-in rechargeable battery and (wait for it!) audio over USB that make this an absolute game-changer for my portable setup. It's so light and easy to use, it's replacing my Casio at my daughter's school!

I take you through the unboxing, my first impressions, test the key action and sounds, and show you exactly why this is one of the most exciting pieces of portable music gear I’ve seen.

Just worried id be getting a temu lemon. But maybe they aint lemons…
1) I don’t need 88 keys
2) i would need a sustain pedal in the least

Portable without needing to plug in is amazing

This foldable piano is a thousand times better than the grand piano in Carnegie Hall. It sounds a thousand times better and the feel of the keys is also a thousand times better. This foldable piano will put Steinway out of business since all classical music concert venues will be using this Longeye foldable piano for future concert events.

Thanks, I need a portable piano like this as I am preparing an exam and I am going on holiday for one month so I cannot afford not pkaying. Are the keys regular in size? and could you give me the full name and brand so I can try to find it on internet. I am in France. Thanks in advance

I'm just gonna leave a slightly more honest review of this product here after getting one of my own. For anyone hoping this is useable in a gig situation I would say the action is too springy, the sensitivity is too hard to control and the velocity range is also poor. The built in sounds are mostly awful. Crucially the piano sounds are not great.

This thing has great features, like having a folding 88 key midi controller with a rechargeable battery in theory is amazing, but the keyboard itself is just not good enough for anyone who wants a serious tool for performance or practice. This is really only decent for noodling around, or to have a piano in a portable situation that you otherwise can't for the fun of it, like at the beach or something. As a studio tool, or as a gig keyboard it's just not good enough. The built in sounds are just trashy and even if you get around that by using a VST over midi it just doesn't have a good feel or good control.

A real shame because unless I've missed something there doesn't seem to be anyone the likes of Roland or Arturia making an actually decent folding piano. The market is wide open, why is there only trash as an option?
