I am not sure if you know how helpful this was. I have been learning all the techniques, practicing different hems, making some swatches and generally dancing around the whole main subject, too afraid to jump in and actually make something. 😂 This succinct, basic and easy to follow tutorial is giving me the courage to finally just make the darn sweater hahahaha. So yarn is ordered, skills prepped, video saved and noted, wish me luck ! 🤞🏾🍀

I just want to say I have been trying this V neck for about 4 weeks now, and the pattern really does need some tweaking. When working on the front just before the v it is not made clear you should reset the counter, or exactly how many rows for what. I ended up with a very wonky non equal top section due to the row counter not always clicking as I was only working on half the machine. I think more tips would be super beneficial within the tutorial. There is not enough in this tutorial unfortunately. Also maybe another option to sew together the shoulders would be helpful.

Hi! I just bought a vintage Bond Incredible Sweater Machine. It had all the goodies except for the basic pattern book and it's nowhere to be found on the net. The piece for the front is much more longer than the back piece. The calc.sheet says: Back: 22R Ribbing, 109 R knitting, set marker, 73R knitting (plus 1 row when neck-shaping). That's 183 Rows in total. Front: 22R ribbing, 109 R knitting, set marker, 44 R knitting. Then neck shaping co 22x every 2nd Row (in total 45 Rows), then knit to Row 73. Thats 226 Rows in total. When I now wanna make the sleeve, I have much more st on the front side and the panel itself is much longer too. Where's the problem, I cant find it. Thank you for your channel, it helps a lot.
