"To be a person of the new era, you need to be chaos," — that's the opinion of one of my long-awaited guests on this channel. Today, on the podcast, we have Irina Khakamada—a PhD candidate in economics, business speaker, writer, practicing thinker, and the founder of her own life formula, "chilosophy." Irina Khakamada is a person of the ages, with an incredibly rich and challenging life behind her. She has risen from a teacher and scholar to one of Russia's most recognizable politicians, a vibrant public figure, writer, coach, and inspiring speaker. Her life is a story of defying societal stereotypes, embracing life-changing challenges, and finding harmony in chaos. Irina combines the wisdom of her years with the curiosity of a child, allowing her to constantly move forward. Her outlook on life is the result of personal trials, decisions, and inner work, which she will share with you today.
In the podcast with Irina, we discussed what prevents us from being happy. How can we find a balance between adult responsibilities and the freedom of childhood? Why does fear of risk ruin our chances of success, and is it possible to remain happy amid chaos? We discussed the difference between happiness and success, how to maintain connection with your inner child, cope with social judgment, and remain true to yourself even in the most challenging times.
This podcast is a reflection on the meaning of life, happiness, the art of living in the moment, and how to nurture yourself in times of chaos. Come watch 🤟🏽
