Tormek has replaced the SVM-45 and SVM-140 knife sharpening jigs with the KJ-45 and KJ-140 knife centering jigs. At first glance, the new and old models look very similar. However, a closer look reveals several changes. We compare the two sharpening guides, the SVM-45 and the KJ-45, and show you the advantages of the new jig when sharpening.
