People need to realize that when you eat at a restautant, you don't only pay for your food, you also pay for using the place/building and the service.

I experienced the same being ignored at Pancho and Lefty's while they paid attention to the two other customers there in an almost empty restaurant - so I said to my son, " Let's go," and we left...that was like 5 years ago, and I haven't been back since. So this has been going on for quite a while.

We Pollo Loco started charging for their creamy cilantro sause, we quit going. We won!

The no ice is absolutely valid. Theres portions to drinks. No ice doesn’t mean you get more.
