The Prophet ﷺ taught us the most powerful words to say on ʿArafah!
“The best supplication is the supplication on the day of ʿArafah, and the *best
of what I and the prophets before me* have said is:
There is no deity except Allah,
alone, without partner. To Him belongs all dominion
and praise, and He is over all things competent.
Arabic:
لا إله إلا الله وحدهُ لا شريك لهُ، لهُ الملكُ ولهُ الحمدُ، وهو على كل شيءٍ قدير
Transliteration:
La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa ʿala kulli shayʾin qadeer.

Great video... Turn away from the things that casts doubt in ur belief.
Understand where u stand, r u a layman or a sheikh? Do not dwell on the matter that u do not know. A layman can only understand what a layman can. That is the best that we can do, that means no need yo strain urself too much since it is outside of ur responsibility!
We can only follow what has been made clear for us. No need to create any new practices, just find and learn from Quran and Sunnah! Alhamdulilah after receiving this understanding did my heart rest a bit. I was restless bcuz i didn't know what was my standing and how much effort i needed to exert for my deen
