2:02 - Approx 2 seconds: On Left, tries to climb through desk(?), while ink pot/jar teleports from belt to where quill is being "dipped" (process begins before pot is present), and there is no surface or holder for ink to rest on.
2:08 - Wooden Mechanicus amulet/pendant feels out of place. 2:26 - Approx 5 seconds: Most have odd "tools" on belts, wrenches and flat head screwdrivers with no handle (future is weird, possibly excusable). Furthest right Lasgun looks a bit odd at first, and then morphs into a completely different weapon, as the child drops hands to sides and weapon floats in front of them; second child from left is never actually holding weapon, arms at sides as well. Farthest left is holding weapon very oddly, and both that weapon and the one to the right are not lasguns (possibly variations of auto-guns, so potentially excusable). Multiple instances of "motion lines" around arms that are not moving.
2:41 - Approx 4 seconds. Man walks to the right, out of frame, as door move into frame, then what appears to be same man walks THROUGH the door from an incorrect angle, as door "closes" against wall, deleting/replacing the shelving there. Also, WTF OCD weirdness even is that dude doing with the lamp?
2:49 - Scroll does not have legible characters on it. Maybe it's a form of High or Low Gothic script, or some other language, but considering there is plain English text in other locations, it feels a lot like "pick a lane and stick to it" - either make all text legible, or none. The second is a worse option, as I doubt you could get consistent results (as in, the script visible at this time stamp would not be repeated elsewhere, you'd get other random "noise/junk" - which is exactly what occurs later in video).
3:00 - Image does not fit narrative. We see a younger person in gray robes standing at a lectern reading from a scroll, rather that the woman in black armor described. Far worse: behind them is: empty armor? a headless Sister? WTF?
3:06 - Silly nitpick, again, the future is weird, but: why dude on right have two very different hammers? What for? But oh well.
3:11 - Approx 2 seconds. The gate doors closing morph to look very different on their reverse, and worse, they don't actually meet in the middle, leaving a weird gap. Further, they spout studs which possibly were meant to interlock? that were not there at first.
3:19 - What the Shy Guy sort of mask is going on with Sister on right? Also, why is a man handing the book to the Novice instead of a Sister, even a "plain clothes" one? I don't know precisely when men would cease to be a part of the routine life and instruction of a Sister, so this may not be incorrect.
3:24 - Another empty suit of armor, but this one at least looks like it might be on an armor stand (wooden post between legs). Still, odd that no helmet, but not unprecedented in real world armor displays. It's the wooden T shape with chains draped on it at 3:26 that's truly odd. I think I've already skipped a handful of transitional shots with just... odd imagery, but then again: weird future is weird. My goal isn't to truly nitpick every oddity or inconsistency between imagery and narrative, I only have so much time/patience. I'm legit looking to point out the actual errors/immersion breakers. You might not believe it, but I actually kinda wanna help drive improvement. Cool tool, but it requires a lot more editorial oversight than it appears is being employed, and that's quite likely the greatest fault. I saw the comment "if I choose to use the technology, quality control is my responsibility" and... yes. Precisely.
3:28 - Approx 1 sec. Metal gauntlets feel out of place, disappear in next shot by 3:29. Here, wobbly arm lines are certainly fitting. Hey, a compliment! Again, man looking on, but as previously said, not sure if this is actually out of place, or just feels like it. 3:33 - Approx 1 second. Page turning is VERY odd.
3:37 - Multiple men in background as Sister points at/scolds Novice. This is the most out of place feeling instance thus far, including the diversity of clothing styles and that I don't feel a Sister would ever be instructing men.
3:40 - Mostly empty pages, but what text is visible is not an English alphabet. Text disappears as page turns.
3:43 - Text appears to be English alphabet cursive, but is largely gibberish. Possibly not too big of a deal as many "text in passing" props do something similar in live film and movies anyway; "Lorem ipsum" etc. Bigger concern is that finger appears to be making a divot in page? Or is pointing at a weird orb drawing in the center of text? Maybe more: weird future is weird. I otherwise like the illuminated manuscript look.
3:49 - Novice already having purity seals seems... off.
3:58 - Approx 2 sec. Face transformation? Uh...
4:04 - Target placement feels off/too close. Possibly just a perspective issue, but still.
4:09 - Literal, ACTUAL heresy: why the eff was ANYONE shooting at an Aquila? Lady ain't NEARLY upset enough as sho points at it.
4:16 - Approx 3 sec. Weird future is weird, but the bell placement in both shots is... unusual if not impractical.
4:35 - Sister speaking to a large mixed gender crowd. Another "does it make sense for men to be there."
4:37 - Text. The word Charter is clear, but the rest is a combo of almost English alphabet and... Shrug emoji. Scroll begins to roll itself up from the bottom for... reasons?
5:25 - Bolter floating above book.
5:36 - Approx 3 sec. I know it was called out elsewhere, but floating torso/helmet behind Sister. Also, Bolter transforms into some other gun as she lifts it. Further, her left hand starts normal, but morphs into having an extra finger before a "thumb" sprouts out to the right.
5:41 - Approx 1 sec. Starts out with a VERY Space Marine looking helmet that becomes a more clearly Sister helmet as the shot changes.
5:45 - Approx 3 sec. Helmet without faceplate is unusual, but has canon precedent. The "cloth tying" is very odd, as the segment being held by the man at first doesn't appear connected, then morphs through itself in several ways before becoming a knot. It's... unsettling.
6:10 - Called out elsewhere, but bandage over power armor is odd.
6:14 - Not only does the missing arm look subtly off, it also feels strange to gloss over that augmetics are common throughout the Imperium, and certainly in all forms of the military. While I fully get the point you were making, a lost arm is a still just a repair for *anyone*, not just Space Marines. "Robot arms/legs" are canon in lore and featured on models in every army, from IG/Astra Militarum, to Astartes, to Mechanicus (I mean, obviously, but still), to Sororitas and beyond.
Additionally in this shot - her hair seems to be turning into a helmet around the ear area - it doesn't look like a partial armor piece, it looks off.
7:07 - Hand signals only - with a line of male citizens(?) behind Sister repeating. I am glossing over how disjointed the imagery has been from the narrative in the preceding 60ish seconds; there were moments where the "vibe" matches at least, but it was clearly not hand tailored to what is being said. But this shot is a step too far, into outright immersion breaking.
7:11 - Approx 5 sec. Weapon is a mashup between a bolter body, melta-gun barrel, with a flamer fuel canister, and multiple unnecessary cables/fuel lines. I know combi-weapons exist, but this isn't that, it's a mess of a chimera-weapon that makes no sense. In the next shot at 7:14, it somehow feels worse, as we have a bolter body with magazine (rounds visible), and a melta-gun barrel again. Further, why the eff would she stand so close to a stack of crates taller than her while shooting flaming promethium at it? With no face plate on? Yikes!
7:17 - "A magazine clatters onto the stone" - but that shot doesn't happen until 7:21, with an obviously completely different magazine on the ground at 7:23.
7:21 - "Someone's laundry is hanging on a line above the barricade. It does NOT burn" - but THIS shot doesn't happen until 7:26.
7:30 - "Afterwards, a priest walks the line and presses a fresh seal onto each breastplate" - but THIS shot doesn't happen until 7:40 - ffs, the Sister 100% looked at the laundry for too long, sweet jeebus. I will not be listing anymore spots where the narrative is way ahead of the imagery, but it persists for a while, with things being mentioned, and not showing up for ten to twenty seconds. It would have been SOOOO much better if it had lined up. I don't know what the best fix would be, but some shot rearrangement, and quite likely pulling numerous seconds of staring at laundry MIGHT have helped. Regardless, it remains a persistent oddity that detracts from the experience. It happens sometimes in other media too - ADR not matching the action on screen, documentary narration, etc. It's always a negative, distracting, disjointed experience, as it is here.
7:40 - The priest is pressing a seal onto a Guardsman in a line of Guardsmen! There isn't even a single Sister in the shot! Like, what?
I'm stopping here, because I forgot the character limit for a YT comment was 10K (I checked). I had written up until the end of Sister Superior, but that went over by a chunk. I have cut that and will reply to this with it and my final thoughts.

Using the powers of the Abominable Intelligence to create a lore video is heresy worse than the forces of chaos.

9:10 Lies . . . Heretic Lies if they didn't have the armor of faith that acts the same as the warp field around a Ork they would be nothing more then Astra Militarum in Ceramite which is what you make them sound like
also the fact that they have such high level of faith and have witnessed miracles from the God Emperor like Saints for an example so calling them faithless is BS and maybe check the AI's work next time
