Ladies, no matter what the scenario, don't board a boat with a bunch of strange men.

Worst feeling is not seeing the update after you want to see the person found

This show always had the best reinactments.

So thankful these r avalible to watch....Robert stack scared us as kids in the 90s...2019 here.....still awesome

Adam is a prime example on why you don’t open your home to strangers

Even today, there are few musical chimes that make you feel uneasy.

Mrs. Hecht is probably one of the last living people to ever speak in that transatlantic accent

You can help people without putting yourself at risk. Be smart.

Never seen an episode growing up. But, it's never too late to catch up. It's 2023 and watching. Love this show.

A bit of an update on the Adam Hecht Case. Adam's brother, Harold Jr. ran into Tony in 2019 and they talked for awhile. After having talked with Tony for the first time since the mid-late 1990's, Harold Jr now believes that Tony honestly had nothing to do with Adam's disappearance. Sadly, Adam's fate still remains unknown and he has been declared legally dead. Harold Jr and Tony, while not necessarily friends, have become reacquainted and they do talk on occasion.

Rest in peace robert stack

Unsolved. If Adam is still alive, he would now be fifty-three-years-old.

I had this episode recorded on vcr back in the day.
I remember the Nazi gold story and the convict and prison officer escape segmemt vividly.
What a brilliant and eerie show.
Miss Robert Stack
He was the show!

Little update on Adam's case: The homeless man "Tony" is still alive as of 2019 and was located as recent as 4 years ago. He is no longer considered a suspect in the case.

Nothing like coming home late from a HS party, a little drunk…lighting up a roach, getting some ice cream and falling asleep to this show. The best.

I’ve seen every single episode multiple times. I wish more would magically appear 😁

Segment 1: Even the Bahamas has a merely thin touristy veneer, you only have to walk about 2 or 3 miles inland Nassau to see the real Bahamas.

Update on the Adam Hecht case: The Hecht family still runs into "Tony" (not his real name) on occasion. He still walks the streets. The family claims that having a rational conversation with Tony is hit and miss, but they are convinced Tony had nothing to do with Adam's disappearance. The family last saw "Tony" on the streets in 2019.

Also partly how this case made UM is that Robert Stack was a family friend of of Hecht family so this case hit close to home for Mr. Stack.

"Beverly Hills Ca., with an average family income of $75,000, one of the richest areas in the country...."   Thirty years ago.  A family can't live in a trailer in California slums now for that.

Adam had a good heart and came from a loving family. Such a shame his good intentions were not met with the same respect, grace and gratitude he showed others.
A good Samaritan lost in this evil world.
God Bless him.
