Morals of the story:
1) Talking mirrors are not your friend.
2) Make friends that would notice if you disappeared for weeks.

I love when a horror short film is all about psychological horror rather than those stupid jump scares 😌

Mobile phone is that mirror in reality

that's what a phone does to you

It's actually very thrilling because it basically defines our society. Obsessing over our reflection that we loose track of what's important in our lives and then we perish without archiving anything or doing anything positive with our lives...good one, now I know I have to work on the toxic relationships I have with my reflection

Don’t look at mirrors that talk to you.  Got it.

This is psychological horror .
Not just jump scares
Loved it.

you know something is up when someone throws away a perfectly good mirror

There should be a whole movie about this. It’s too good for a short story

I love it! no dumb jump scares, no unnecessary blood or gore or any of those things. Its so cool to see something so psychologically chilling. Its kind of like an exaggeration of how getting too into something can be really dangerous and can make you loose track of life

Watching in 2025

I never pick any free chairs, tables, mirrors, lamp shades, or other furniture items out from the lot...no matter how clean they look.  There is always a sense of uneasiness tied with them that someone might have used them in an unholy manner.

I’ve always had this irrational fear of purchasing a used mirror, or especially accepting a free one. This short shows that this fear is not irrational at all 🤣

I love these mini horror movies. They seriously are better than the longer ones

Showcased phone addiction that eventually leads to forget about living in the present perfectly through a mirror.

Reminds me of the Mirror of Erised in Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone, a mirror which shows its subject the deepest and most desperate desires of their hearts. More specifically, it echoes what Albus Dumbledore himself said about the mirror:

"But remember this Harry, this mirror gives us neither knowledge, or truth. Men have wasted way in front of it...even gone mad."

At least they both looked drop dead gorgeous in the end

well at least her hair doesn't have knots.. I never have the patience to comb my hair for so long 🤣 awesome work as usual Alex! just discovered your channel a couple of weeks ago and binged it immediately :) its a real art to make such a short horror that's actually impactful, like a bite sized essence of a feature film without all the fluff

A perfect depiction of "self obsession " now a days ppl going through . 👏👏👏
