Dominik Píchal, nicknamed the “King of Nuts,” built Grizly.cz from Olomouc. He started with an e-shop that his father handed over to him in 2014. What began in a small room in a student apartment has grown into a company that now processes thousands of tons of nuts and dried fruit every year. In 2025, Grizly surpassed CZK 1 billion in annual revenue for the first time.
In 2022, Dominik was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. A year earlier, the E-Rockids investment fund became a minority investor in the company, helping him take the management of Grizly to the next level. Since autumn 2026, he has also been one of the investors on the TV Nova show Jáma lvová.
