It's a shame that the Oakland Coliseum is dead. That place is one of the best home-field advantages, when full.

That team is not infamous, they are legendary. This is coming from a hardcore Dodgers fan.

Also, as a Twins fan, Brad Radke deserves a look in an upcoming video. He was an ace-level workhorse who stuck it out with some awful teams (his 20 win season in 1997 accounted for almost a third of the team's wins that year) and pitched hurt in the final two months of his career to get the Twins to another playoff berth.

A video on Shane Victorino would SLAP. Dude was a solid, speedy outfielder with a great arm, clutch bat, and was part of multiple championship teams in the AL and NL

Twins fan here. An interesting footnote to the A's Twins back and forth in '02 is that the Twins also were the team that stopped the A's win streak.

Moments like Hatteberg's home-run is why we keep on living even though life is hard.

Fun fact Chris Pratt actually used to play baseball, and was drafted by the Yankees in the 4th round of the 1998 draft! Dude was a stud at lake Stevens.

Pokey Reese. Somehow after 100 yrs. Baseball names still exist.

None of these events were "infamous" (which is negative)...just famous. Scott Hatteberg's home run wasn't the attack of Pearl Harbor. It's one of the most exhilarating and joyful moments in the history of the Oakland A's (RIP).

Feel like jason werth and hunter pence are 2 guys that are underrated but were really important to their teams.

I feel like a Derek turnbow video could end up being entertaining

Jason Grimsley, the pitcher that threw the HR to Hatterberg to win #20, is the guy who climbed through the roof and into the Umpire’s room to get Albert Belle’s corked bat.

Very cool you pointing out one of my favorite trivia questions: Who hit into a triple play and in his next at bat, hit a grand slam? Scott Hatteberg, August 6th, 2001. I was at this game at Fenway with my sister and her friend. Don't you love it when historic stuff happens in front of you?
