Decoupage napkins junk journal ideas

Paper napkins can become some of the prettiest junk journal supplies—and you don’t need anything fancy to get started!

In this tutorial, I’ll show you how I separate regular napkins and decoupage them onto all kinds of backing papers, including book pages, scrapbook paper, old calendar pages, tea-dyed paper, and more. Once we have our decorated papers, we’ll turn them into several different junk journal elements so you can see just how versatile this technique can be.

We’ll make a wraparound journal page, stacked pocket, tags and journaling cards, plus a fun interactive piece with flips and pockets.

Use the napkins and papers you already have and make each one completely your own. This is a wonderful way to transform inexpensive or leftover supplies into something that looks beautifully layered and collected.
