We are in the capital today to enjoy two incredible things: 99 years old Rina making fettuccine, and the love between her and her husband Cesare, who's 96 years old. They have been married for over 70 years, and we thought what better day than Valentine's Day to publish this video? Here's Rina's recipe:

For the ragù:
1 carrot
1 celery stick
1 onion
olive oil
200g pork
150g vitello (young beef)
salt
250g tomato pulp
