My favorite detail of the trailer is that the troll actually looks menacing. In the movie it doesn’t really seem like that much of a threat to a wizard unless you know like zero attacking spells or don’t know apparate (the teleport spell) so you can escape, mainly cause it’s looks and acts so goofy and is really slow. Here even if I had taken a year of the Defense Against the Dark Arts class I’d probably think twice before taking it on.

Not everything needs to be "moved forward". We can watch films set in WW2 and other periods. Its shocking how little a lot of people know about history, even recent history, today.

28:30 "greed isn't always good" what about the greed of her partners in the company?? It's not about greed, it's about fairness

Last topic reminded me Mackauley Cuilkins tweet from a few years back "Want to feel old? Im 40"

I’m not saying eternals would have made that much more but we can’t discount the fact that it came out smack dab in the middle of the pandemic. I had to go to a far theatre to watch it because the theatres close to me were still closed.

Kai Proctor was Ulrich Thompson’s character on the show Banshee.

It might be good as long as they don’t try to politicize the narratives. You mentioned the term identity, hopefully the show will be stronger about the books and not try to place messages that were not intended in the books.

I would totally watch that fireside chat about DCC.

Carla Jeffery, the actress and voice of Bree in the ‘Zombies’ franchise, has sadly passed away at age 33.

Suprise we didn't talk about George Michael: The Faith Tour Trailer as it was considered a lost film from 1988 and has been remastered from being found.
Andy Morahan (Highlander 3) the original director of the concert is helping David Austin restore the film for America in December and the UK in November. An interest for lost film enthusiast and a moment in time.

Don't forget, one of Franklin's powers is that he can age himself

If you haven’t heard popular Cantonese-Mandarin singer/actress Faye Wong sing The Cranberries’ song Dreams from the Wong Kar Wai HK movie Chunking Express, I highly recommend giving it a listen. Faye Wong also sang the song Eyes on Me in English from Final Fantasy 8 and I’ve been a fan of hers ever since.

1:29:12 I think we have different opinions on is a critical character detail of Magneto. Him aging slower isn’t as big as a different tragedy.

Even Hal Jordan was at the deathly hallows premiere!

Maybe he was talking about Apollo 13 starring Tom Hanks?

Noah Jupe will play a young Victor

The contract specifically mentions that she would get 33% if she was a “lead producer” in the project (based on the article). That matters because based on the credits, she’s just an executive producer. There’s a difference. I’m not arguing whether she was fooled one way or the other but, as far as contract terminology goes, it’s not looking good for her.
