Rest in Peace István Bábel, the guy with the mustache who created the biggest schnitzels in Budapest who passed away in 2022.

I particularly enjoyed this episode, born in the U.K. of Scottish parents it’s is a long way from us, it’s European, and despite what many people think, that is exotic and different and fascinating to us, a mainland culture not a maritime one, the heart of the old Europe and a fascinating civilisation.

When you come to a c ountry, and they can make a good Schnitzel (something the size of a small country) make godly sausages and brew a thousend kinds of beer... that's your place to be. Here you can feast, make friends, settle down and just enjoy life.
