Moved from Maple Valley to Kennewick. Got a very nice one level in a great neighborhood for 575k. Property taxes are $3,900 a year. Still in Wa though.😬

Bremolo ,Issacrack , Crackima - Issacrack is extra nice but you gotta be wealthy or you ain't living there, Bremerton is not bad but it's a Navy town ,very pretty there ,Yakima ,Army base plus lots of crime , but not a bad pick.

Housing and price gains are exploding in the Buckley, WA area. Housing developments are pooping up everywhere, average prices have gone up substantially, schools are reaching capacity, again, traffic is unbelievable!

I left the Seattle area six years ago and moved out of state. I was born there almost 70 years ago and have seen so many changes. I'm sorry, but I have a very negative view of what the place has become. It's not just politics, but it's also many other factors that have made the place unlivable. It's sad because Puget Sound is such a beautiful area, but a combination of things have ruined it.

Leah - hearing that Port Orchard, south of Bremerton (between Bremerton and Gig Harbor) is the fastest growing area in the state. Hundreds of homes being built in the McCormick Woods area. At least 5 new apartment complexes have been built recently. Port Orchard is in Kitsap County. I think the homes sold may not get reported in the MLS bc the home builders have their own sales team. ???

Issaquah due to Costco HQ and I-90 being virtually traffic jam free back and forth to Seattle. Way better than going North or South.

Bremerton, No Job, Yakima, Big time crime not lots of Good high paying Jobs,.!
& Issaquah, Washington Home Taxes up & going up fast ! Stop just look over the last
Two years..!! Houses going to be going down & fast wend it do start..!!
