1. Futo-maki (thick rolled Sushi)
2. Hoso-maki (thin rolled Sushi)
3. Ura-maki (inside-out rolled Sushi)

Ingredients for Maki-Sushi (for 2-3 portion)
Sushi rice

Nori sheet 4-5 sheets
Smoke salmon one package
Fake crab meat (Surimi) 1/2 package
Avocado 1/2
Cucumber 1-2
Spinach a handful
Tamagoyaki (rolled Egg):
Eggs 2
Sugar 2 Tsp
Soy sauce 1 Tsp
Condiments:
Soy sauce
Wasabi
Gari (Pickled ginger)

Thank you for this video, I love sushi. Unfortunately in the deep Georgia, good sushi is very rarely found. So this is very helpful to try to make it ourselves....
